# POST /v1/broadcasts/{broadcast_id}/send-now

> Send a scheduled broadcast now instead of at its time.

Sends a scheduled broadcast now instead of at `scheduled_for`. It takes the next free turn.

<Note>Needs the `broadcasts:write` scope.</Note>

## Errors

Every refusal is `{"error": {"code", "message", "field"}}`; `field` is there when one input is at fault.

| Status | Error code | When |
| :- | :- | :- |
| 409 | `invalid_state` | Only a scheduled broadcast can go early — and not one whose messages go on their own dates. `message` says why. |
| 404 | `not_found` | No broadcast of this account's has that id. |
| 403 | `scope_missing` | The key doesn't have the `broadcasts:write` scope. |
